Rod's understanding is my understanding as well in that there was not the separation of the two that we see nowadays. It would be interesting in finding out when and why the separation occur. I wonder if there was a lean back in the Reformers day. I assume Riddlebarger takes the position that the lean was toward a-mill. Again, I think finding out about the when and why may give some answers.
