You are correct that AAPC and Wilkins will now be able to minister in peace which is vitally important for any ministry.

Now, I do not see the FVers as being benigned as you described them. Yes, they stayed mostly away from open confrontation, but their rhetoric was progressively alive and loud in the blogosphere. But hey, no movement can control its most extreme, vocal adherents.

The reason why I wouldn't be surprise of any schism within is the CREC is this. What drives that denom? It is not FV, per se. They have a lot of self-proclaimed agrarians within their group of churches. Some will be wanting to push the button at a quicker pace and it could possible bring about tension. .
